FAQ
  • Can I pay for single workshops instead of the full course?
Our courses are designed as a complete learning experience, so we encourage booking the full course. However, drop-in options may be available — contact us to find out!
  • Can I start the beginner's course after it has already begun?
We recommend starting with the first session to keep up with the group. If you miss it, private lessons are a great way to catch up.
  • Do I need a partner to join?
No partner is needed! We rotate partners during classes to make learning fun and inclusive. For the follower’s styling course, no partner is required as it’s a solo dance course.
  • What happens if I miss a class?
We understand that things come up! You’ll have access to an after-class video recap, and we can offer an extra social or practice session for free to help you catch up. Contact us before the class you'll not able to attend and we'll come up with something.
  • Can I take private lessons instead of group classes?
Private lessons are a great way to focus on your specific goals. But... for social dancing like West Coast Swing, we recommend group classes — it’s incredibly valuable to dance with different partners and build your skills in a social setting.
  • Do you offer a taster class?
Yes, we do! Tasters are regularly available for Level 2 (dancers with some experience), and occasionally for Level 1 beginners. It’s a great way to see if our school is the right fit for you.
